Domestic Shipping:

We offer free standard shipping on retail orders over $50, and $5 shipping on orders under $50. Returns are subject to standard shipping rates.

Please allow 1-2 business days for processing. We ship through USPS Priority mail or UPS. Your order should arrive between 2-7 business days, depending on your location. Shipping times may be longer due to COVID-19. You will receive shipping updates via email.

Canadian Shipping:

Canadian orders and returns are subject to standard USPS rates. Any additional customs fees are the responsibility of the customer.

Canadian orders are limited to 3 of the same item per customer (no bulk purchases). Orders exceeding 3 of the same item are subject to cancellation. In the event of any order changes, you will be notified by email.

International Shipping

We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Once shipped, orders cannot be changed or cancelled. It is the customer's responsibility to include the correct shipping information at checkout. Please contact info@healushealth.com with any questions.

We’re proud to offer a 45-day money back guarantee on all Healus products. If you are unsatisfied with your product for any reason, we will refund the item within 45 days of the purchase date. The refund will be issued upon receipt of the returned product. You will be responsible for the return shipping charges. Returns will not be processed without a return form.

3. Please print your return label and send back your product within 7 days. Items received late may not be eligible for return.
